Executive Board

Kobi has been CEO of Aviv AMCG since 2001. He is responsible for leading the business and developing long-term strategies and maintaining a stakeholder network of clients, employees and shareholders. As the business has grown, Kobi has set a clear agenda for the values, ethics and culture to ensure a sustained growth that has kept Aviv AMCG at the forefront of Israel’s business community.

With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, he has held a variety of leadership positions including Director of Operations and Finance. He is also the acted Director of the Israel Management Center. Kobi’s has extensive experience working with leading Israeli corporations across the manufacturing, defence, energy and hi-tech sectors specializing in operating strategies, organization modeling and plant management. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheba where he returns to lecture in Industrial Management.

Tal Venger, manager of the Environment and Infrastructure division at AVIV AMCG, is an economist, city planner and project manager. With 20 years of experience as an economist and 17 years of experience in project management, she conducts mega-projects for leading organizations, such as the Israeli National Gas Lines, the Ministry of Transportation and private energy companies.

Tal has a BA in Economics and Geography, and a MA in City and Regional Planning from the Technion institute, Haifa.

Daniel specializes in Infrastructure and Transportation management. He has overseen a number of high profile projects, which included the area of Greater Metropolitan Jerusalem within Israel’s security fence, and various other projects carried out for Israel’s National Road Company.

He holds an a BSc and MBA in Civil Engineering from the Technion, Haifa

With over 20 year’s consultancy experience, Margalit is an expert in functional layout design and is responsible for the Logistics & Layout consulting department. She has developed Kaizen Layout Methodology practices applied to both the private and public sector.

Margalit has established a recognized national forum for professionals dealing with construction and infrastructure assets and is a board member of Oceanographic & Limnological Research Institute, a government entity. Margalit holds both a BSc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Business Management.

A unique and talented Civil Engineer with exceptional experience in field engineering of multidisciplinary complex projects. Specializes in complex concrete constructions, piping installations, installations of electromechanical equipment, and contractors’ management in the fields of wastewater treatment plants, desalination, water treatment, Solid Waste plants, pumping stations and related infrastructure.
Hagai has experience in engineering team management, overall site management and specific complex works. He has experienced in the use of projects related computerized tools.

Oren’s experience includes international development and in his time at AMCG he has successfully established the framework for the continued growth of the business.

He has been a qualified accountant for over 10 years, joining from Ernst & Young where he was a senior manager.

Dikla specializes in streamlining and improving work processes in the operational realm. She leverages cross-organizational processes to drive operational excellence, develop strategy, and improve productivity. Her approach focuses on formulating metrics and work routines, and implementing concrete changes in the field. She brings over ten years of experience in various management positions in industrial organizations. Dikla holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Logistics, as well as an MBA.

Limor specializes in organizational, service, and sales methodologies and systems in organizational diagnostics, digital transformation, definition of operating and service concepts, and organizational structures that align with a client company’s strategy. Her approach includes improving work methods and processes, building standardization models, planning digital solutions, analyzing tasks, and defining goals, metrics, and control processes. Limor accompanies organizations and managers as they implement change and cross-company dynamics, while strengthening personal and professional management skills.

Lihi leads strategic organizational processes as the group’s Human Resources Manager. She has over 20 years of human resources experience, including software and high-tech companies. Lihi specializes in complex recruitment processes, organizational development, welfare, employee experience and training, and accompanying employees and managers as an experienced HRBP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with honors, from the University of Haifa.

Ilana drives the marketing strategy of the group and its subsidiaries across a variety of industries in the business and public sectors. With over ten years of experience in B2B marketing, Ilana specializes in leading complex marketing campaigns and projects with a focus on inbound marketing, digital marketing, branding, and implementation of customer management systems. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Management.
