Kobi has been CEO of Aviv AMCG since 2001. He is responsible for leading the business and developing long-term strategies and maintaining a stakeholder network of clients, employees and shareholders. As the business has grown, Kobi has set a clear agenda for the values, ethics and culture to ensure a sustained growth that has kept Aviv AMCG at the forefront of Israel’s business community.
With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, he has held a variety of leadership positions including Director of Operations and Finance. He is also the acted Director of the Israel Management Center. Kobi’s has extensive experience working with leading Israeli corporations across the manufacturing, defence, energy and hi-tech sectors specializing in operating strategies, organization modeling and plant management. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheba where he returns to lecture in Industrial Management.

Tal Venger, manager of the Environment and Infrastructure division at AVIV AMCG, is an economist, city planner and project manager. With 20 years of experience as an economist and 17 years of experience in project management, she conducts mega-projects for leading organizations, such as the Israeli National Gas Lines, the Ministry of Transportation and private energy companies.
Tal has a BA in Economics and Geography, and a MA in City and Regional Planning from the Technion institute, Haifa.

Daniel specializes in Infrastructure and Transportation management. He has overseen a number of high profile projects, which included the area of Greater Metropolitan Jerusalem within Israel’s security fence, and various other projects carried out for Israel’s National Road Company.

With over 20 year’s consultancy experience, Margalit is an expert in functional layout design and is responsible for the Logistics & Layout consulting department. She has developed Kaizen Layout Methodology practices applied to both the private and public sector.
Margalit has established a recognized national forum for professionals dealing with construction and infrastructure assets and is a board member of Oceanographic & Limnological Research Institute, a government entity. Margalit holds both a BSc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Business Management.

A unique and talented Civil Engineer with exceptional experience in field engineering of multidisciplinary complex projects. Specializes in complex concrete constructions, piping installations, installations of electromechanical equipment, and contractors’ management in the fields of wastewater treatment plants, desalination, water treatment, Solid Waste plants, pumping stations and related infrastructure.
Hagai has experience in engineering team management, overall site management and specific complex works. He has experienced in the use of projects related computerized tools.
